SHIPPING POLICY

Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we take care of the shipment of our products.

* Shipping Locations: We ship to all U.S. states. We DO NOT ship outside of the United States.

* Shipping Carriers: We currently ship via UPS. (UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, or 2-Day Select.)

* Shipping charge: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, the size, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method.

* Ship With Flower or No Flowers: Please see product descriptions for more details.

* Order Online and Pickup Locally (Westminster, CA): Yes, you can! When you complete the checkout process, you will provide the pickup location information. We do not currently offer same-day pickups.

* Add to Existing Order: If you’d like to add plants to an existing order, you can contact us with your order number and the plants you’d like to add. We will do our best to get the plants added prior to shipment.

* UPS Transit Time: We ship on Mondays & Tuesdays. The transit time of your shipment will vary based on the UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, or 2-Day Select, but you can expect to receive your plants by the end of the week depending on the shipping method you chose from. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order leaves our nursery.
Please note: If we receive your order on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order may not ship until the following Monday.

* Heat Pack: If you want Heat Pack for your shipment, please purchase HERE then we will add it into your shipment.

* Return Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept requests for exchanges or returns. However, If damage occurs in shipping and you want to file a claim with UPS, it is your responsibility to file a claim.

* Our guarantee: We guarantee healthy, living plants. We guarantee that you receive a healthy plant, packed carefully and securely for the best possible arrival. However, we cannot guarantee buds, flowers, or spikes.

* Wholesale Customers: Yes, we do. Wholesale pricing is only available when purchasing on-site. For information on buying wholesale, please send a current copy of your Resale Certificate for Sales Tax to t4orchids@gmail.com, along with a description of your business and what you’re looking for.
